Sandy Cove

Last August I heard that Sandy Cove Cottages where being auctioned.
I also herd that there was a considerable amount of repair to be done as well as a septic system.

Does anybody know if the place was purchased, as well as any plains for it to be reopened. We stayed there 2 times a year for about 6 years. We liked the location and would like to get back there in the future.

Well I think that it was closed and will not reopen under past ownership. I heard that the place was to be auctioned this past summer (late) by a financial firm but do not know the outcome. And yes, it needed a bit of work. The way I see it is that with the current economy and building codes and regulations; I would not hope too much for it to open as a cottage business again any time soon.
