Picnic areas on Black Lake

Are there any public picnic areaqs on islands or shores of Black Lake, not too far from The Log Cabins?

ZERO on that-nearly all the land, islands (shore-line) on Black Lake is private.

are there grills set up at the boat launch?that looks kinda picnicky...

There usually is a picnic table set up near the lake, but no grilles that I've ever seen.
