By view of the 2 webcams. The lake must be "iced over, on the date chosen" and remain that way for 1 week. If that that date is not chosen, we use the closest one.
I'll keep watch. One cannot choose a date that has already been chosen; and no changes will be acknowledged. Those posts will be ignored.
In the event that one cam is down, we will use the other; and in the event both cams are down, we will call the contest off.
