Black Bay Cam

What are the guys building on the black bay cam? Looks like a new breakwall? Lake level still looks low.

When I was fishing off that area last week, looked like they were constructing a concrete shore landing area to connect there docks up to? They had forms extended out into the water.

Looks like he's still at it. I'd like to see the rest of it. I hope it can hold up up to high water levels.
