Met your friend from the walleye pictures last weekend. Introduced himself as Jiggin Jim, lol. Apparently we were right on his GPS marked spot for pike. Drilled a hole for him and chatted for awhile about fishing. Nice guy and definitely seems knowledegable.

He is a nice guy and willing to share his knowledge of fish and fishing. Has a lot to talk about :D

i have herd of this jigin jim and hope to meet him this year.i am new to the lake and love jigging for walleyes

Does anyone know how thick the ice is in front of Black Lake Marine?
Is it gone yet?

Hi erik. The north cam is pointed at an area that is very near the Black Lake Marine. Looking good. Should be more than 15" of ice. Shoreline may be a little trickey but I'm sure they have a walkway out to the ice if needed.
