Echoes is right by the light in Edwardsville. They have gas, food and beer. Also they make hot food and subs.

On the way to BL, if you take I81 to the intersection with RT 12 N, there is a new grocery store that just opened. The name escapes me, but you can't miss it. It's on the left hand side as you head toward Alex Bay. If you miss that one, there is the food store in Alex Bay. Big M (I think) Hope this helps.
The second amendment is in place, in case THEY decide to ignore all the others.

Let me squash this rumor...Echos is absolutely, positively, NOT closed. Well it may be right now, it’s nearly 10:00 pm. But I'll guarantee it will be open in the morning!!!

We normally eat out the first night at camp at one of the local res. they are all great. then the next day take a ride to ogdensburg after the morning fish. They have aldis, pricechopper and of course wallyworld. It is not anymore expensive there than at home. Good Luck and have a good trip we are headed up the third week in June than 2nd in August and a couple of long weekend.

Thanks to everyone. I guess my concern was whether the echoes was closed. I've bin coming up to Black lake for better than 15 or more years. Watched the Edwardsville grocery store close. Was just wondering about the little things like BEER !!

Just stocked up myself. They have plenty of brew selections in the cooler.
