Bait shop RT58 by rollaway bay

Is the bait shop open on RT58 by rollaway bay? If it is does any one have his phone number? Is his bait shop accessible from the lake? Thanks..
I think his Name is Joe Parker, and you should be able to get there from the lake.
I think he calls his shop Fish Creek bait and tackle. Great guy and good fishing tips etc....
