Big Bay Web Cam

Warm wishes from sunny Florida. Checked the web cams this morning and all looked copasetic. But just took a peek at the Big Bay Cam and there appears to be some visual obstruction that I don't think is ice since I don't believe that much ice could form since I looked a little earlier. Kind of looks like smoke. Any info?
