Black lake web srever

Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with the Black Lake server? When I try to go to the Chamber of Commerce site, I get an error 500 - internal server error. It's HostGator.com website hosting. If I just Google Black Lake I can get to this forum site, even though it's basically the same site.
Not sure if it's on my end or the website side.

I can view the forum but nothing else. NO webcam :(

If you need a webcam view. This site loads both on the first page towards the bottom.
