Ice-In Contest !
I'm not trying to usurp Phil's duties here: just posting a summary of guesses thusfar. It would be helpful if Phil can reiterate the rules for everyone's benefit.
ND Crazy chose another date...boats 11 already selected Jan 04, 2016 so ND Crazy selected January 07, 2016.
