Looks like NO one wins the ice contest.
You could say that ND Crazy wins cause it looks like the lake will freeze after Jan 7!! Man, who would have thought! Anyone know what the latest date in the past was that the lake froze over or dried up??!!

Ya, well, it's not January 7th, ot 5th; yet. Just don't get your pants all in a knot there. 
We got some cold weather just around the corner. The lake may well be froze over, come either one of those days. 
Just finished putting the tracks on my ATV, snowblower all tuned and ready to go; and working on my ice-fishing gear - charging batteries, organizing lures, ice shelter all checked out, etc. I'll be ready.
