Phil or anyone who knows.....please report when the walleyes are spawning in Rossie. Always a good time seeing these fish. Is the DEC protecting this area this year? Hope so!
Thanks, Tori

Besides the Walleye run at Rossie I am interested in possibly seeing where they go up the Fish Creek area. Anyone out there can give me the directions? For several years I have watched the Walleye at Rossie. Very Impressive. Catch & Release!

From the bridge in the Mills, upstream to the falls. Not a big distance. You drive across the bridge, a gravel parking artea on the left and an old steel bridge further to the left. You can look in there.

Hope you see some. They should be starting very soon, maybe if get a warmer rain and creeks warm a bit it will turn them on.
I hear that the hatchery at Constantia, on Oneida Lake is going strong soon. They are just beginning to run there now. A real sight to see if you have the time to make the trip.
You can call to get detailed times of operations - (315) 623-7311

Betting the walleye are, or will be running at Rossie, by Monday or Tuesday this week.

Happy Easter all.

Did anyone hear of any reports of the spawn? Just wondering if there were good numbers.
