Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like the BL area doesn't currently have the resources needed to fund such a project. Having spent the last 15 years working with water/waste water systems, I do have some knowledge of the costs involved. Of course each area is different and that's why I asked. I am curious though, is there a local potable water system or is everyone on well or cistern water?

Water either comes from private wells or directly from the lake in many of the seasonal camps.

Thanks for the information. Hopefully, the people that are illegally dumping their waste water will be caught and fined heavily. It would be a shame to lose a wonderful body of water like bl because some people won't take care of their "stuff" the right way.
