Opening weekend

Three fishermen put in many wind swept hours looking for Esox. Pike were numerous but the Muskies were unwilling to show themselves until Saturday night and Sunday morning when they seemed to wake up. One hooked and lost and a few follows. All in all< encouraging

Well, we've been fishing them as hard as we can when we can. So far we hooked and lost 2 and had a few follows. 2 of us went up Sunday and fished a total of 12 hours and came home Tuesday. Interesting weather to say the least.
I lost one muskie. But my pal did catch a nice catfish on a muskie spinner.
