Ice Conditions

Post by Phil » Sat Feb 27, 2010 11:45 pm

Fished the lake, south of the causeway, the last two days. 16-18" of good black ice under about 4" of slush. It was getting to be mostly water when I cam off this afternoon. There's a few nights forecast to be in the teens this week - that should make things hold through the 15th.
Here's one "small guy" that tasted Soooo good.

Derby Result Udate

Post by Phil » Sat Mar 27, 2010 9:11 pm

marti110 wrote:Maybe I am wrong here and I am not looking to start something but isn't that 2nd place crappie in the panfish division short and if it was brought to the weigh in then obviously it was possesed illegaly.
Finally got into the clubhouse and remembered to "dig up" the results. I updated the post with the correct results.
I changed what was 2nd place panfish (.99 lb 7 3/4" Crappie) to .99 lb 12 3/4" Perch. Don't know where I got that "Huge" crappie from.
