Re: Hard Water
With night's dipping into the 20's, the water should be cooling down fairly quickly now and since Phil already had my date picked, I'll go with Dec 16.

Re: Hard Water
Don't know if any you "CAM watchers" saw it this AM but the Bigbay CAM showed a "white lake". First time "skimmed" over this season

Hey Builderone. Good to see you back around and getting "tuned up" for the real fishing season. New Rhino huh? That will be nice.Builderone wrote:Hello Guys its been a while. Hope everyone is good. I got a feeling this going to be one the best ice seasons in some time. I'll see you out there.

Both cams showing a "frozen" Black Lake at first light this AM. It might be a little early but I will take it.

Re: Hard Water
Both cams showing a frozen lake again this AM. Maybe this will be the one that stays. If we can hold it till Friday night, we have a good chance of keeping it this time. Kind of "iffy" with temps getting near 40 for the next three days - but after that the weather looks promising for making ice.
