COTTAGE OCCUPANCY - The maximum allowed in the cottages are as follows

BOAT AND MOTOR RENTAL
$50.00 nonrefundable deposit per boat.
16' Aluminum boat with 15 HP motor ~~ $60.00 per day plus mixed gas
$225.00 per week includes 6 gallons mixed gas. Additional mixed gas can be purchased.
Oars, cushions, anchor and dock space are provided.
Pontoon Boat Rental
- $100 non-refundable deposit.

20' Jon Boat and Motor Rental
- $75.00 nonrefundable deposit.
- $95.00 per Day

New York State law requires that ALL CHILDREN 12 years of age or younger must wear a
Coast Guard Approved Personal Floation Device.
- $5.00 per day, $25.00 per week
- Docks equipped with GFCI receptacles for battery charging.
BED LINEN RENTALS
- $10.00 per bed per week, Linens include sheets, pillow cases and blankets.
- $5.00 per person per week. Includes 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth.
Kitchen towels and dish towels as needed.
Additional Guests $25.00 Person Not to Exceed Cottage Max

Cottage Facilities are for use by Toti's Customers ONLY!
Check-in is 2:00pm until 8:00pm.
Everyone must check in upon arrival.
Check-out is before 10:00am. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during season.
All cottages are equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes,
cooking pots & pans and all utensils.
All Cottages have shower, toilet and Gas heat.
Each cottage has screened porch, charcoal grill and picnic table. Ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers.
Quite Hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am Daily
Boats, Motors and Dockage are not included in the cottage rental.
Screened fish cleaning house for use by all Guests ABSOLUTELY NO CLEANING OF FISH IN THE COTTAGES!

Deposits : $150.00 per week per cottage. $100 per weekend per cottage (minimum 2 days; Holiday weekend 3 days).
Deposits are due 8 days from date reservation was made.
Large groups renting 3 or more cottages deposit is non-refundable!
